Wednesdays we do drills, usually focused on weaknesses from the previous game or things we’ve picked up from bootcamps / watching games.
Sundays we start with drills, they’ll be some endurance and end with an hour an a half of scrimmage.
We have 5 coaches and 2 will take any one session. We have guest coaches come quite regularly too, so our training really does vary from week to week.
I’ve always said if I become a feared, heavy-hitting blocker, i’ll change my name to Bully Pistol.
